Not Connected?

Hello, I signed up Premium service and installed the client on Windows 7 machine successfully along with OpenVPN. Everything connects fine to servers and the client says I am routed to server's IP, but when I check the site or any IP checking site it still shows my original IP and not the VPN forwarded IP?

I am using Verizon Router which is a Westell Ultraline Series3 Model # A90-9100EM15-10

Connecting through the router's wifi, with SSID broadcasting off using WEP encryption.

In my Windows 7 network settings it shows I am connected to "Multiple Networks": the WiFi network and another "Unidentified Network" which says No Network Access. Under the Adapter Settings, I have a TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 Local Area Network and my WiFi connection.

Please help! I did not have this problem when I tried out HideIpVpn.com or HideMyAss.com's client software that worked fine in hiding my IP, but have slow connections or do not allow p2p via US servers.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. The client says I'm connected but my real IP is still visible and I get the same thing with "Unidentified Network" and No Network Access.

Thanks for the quick reply. I restarted my computer and it's working now. Though, I had to restart a couple days ago to get it working too. I shouldn't have to keep restarting should I? Next time it doesn't connect properly, I'll send the log.

I just disconnected from the Draconis server and tried to connect to the Sirius server and had a connection problem again. My connection log is pasted below. Thanks.
