Not connected, Your IP: 3.133.124.23

Dear All,

I am facing random disconnections during my connection via Eddie. I am using Windows 10 and Eddie version 2.11.9.  Disconnections are not following a specific pattern, sometimes in 20 minutes, sometimes 45 minutes, etc. I have attached the log file for your review.

As solution alternatives,  I have already tried upgrading my router firmware, downgrading TAP version, using different protocols.

I will be glad if you may help me to overcome this problem... Cheers....

Hello!

Do remember that if it's taking too long to get help here, you can still ask Air support ...

You're getting authorisation check fails too. So try use the website to disconnect a couple devices if possible, so you don't hit the 3 device limit.

You can also try turning off IPv6 everywhere in your system and adding the block-outside-dns directive to Eddie.

You also seem to be using SSL - try change to TCP, for error correction. Remember you need to connect to a new server for it to take effect. Try alternate ports too.

You can also experiment with wireless vs wired connections. If you happen to be a Virgin Media/Superhub user, there's some solutions you can search for.

You can also try running windows update, to make sure you have the required .Net framework.

You're also getting the annoying OpenVpn Management > >FATAL:Assertion failed at misc.c:785 (es) error.

Moderators do not speak on behalf of AirVPN. Only the Official Staff account does. Please also do not run Tor Exit Servers behind AirVPN, thank you.
Did you make a guide or how-to for something? Then contact me to get it listed in my new user guide's Guides Section, so that the community can find it more easily.
