[SOLVED] Client not opening properly

Hi,

thanks for the service you provide.

I've got a problem when opening the client. When I double click the icon and then allow the program a Microsoft.NET Framework box opens up.

It says 'Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you clock Continue, the apllication will ignore this error and attempt to continue....etc,etc.'

This has never happened before.

When I have clicked continue then the clint tries to open, but it seems bigger and different to what used to happen. It doesn't work and sort of times out.

can you offer any help?

Hello!

It seems a problem related to the .NET framework. What Windows OS and .NET versions are you running? While you check .NET framework integrity, you can anyway connect to Air servers without the Air client (just use for example the OpenVPN GUI provided with the package and our configuration generator).
