"The remote name could not be resolved"

Hi, I have been using Air for a year or so and suddenly this happened.  All is fine up until checking route, it gets stuck there for quite a while and then gives me the error "The remote name could not be resolved".  Any suggestions on a fix, I did nothing to the system, nothing was installed or uninstalled.

But do go to the Eddie preferences if you're using it and disable either DNS route checking, Tunnel checking or both.

Thanks for replying, I turned off both DNS route checking and Tunnel checking, it connects right away but when I try to go to a website I get cannot connect to page error from the browser.  I turned both options back on and used the method of resetting winsock and stack reset from this thread (https://airvpn.org/topic/8320-solved-connects-but-ip-doesnt-change-on-windows-server-essentials-2012/?do=findComment&comment=8321) and this works but only for one restart, after that it is back to the same problem.
