connect my nas via importing a file

I am facing a little problem with making a connection with the vpn. It is not difficult as I just did read the steps, so I loggedin into my synology nas and did the steps 1 and 2 only (not difficult). connection faild as you can see in the picture. A connection without vpn works well

Any help is much appreciated.
