Global Layer <-> OVH = Slow Speeds

I have speed issues with global layer servers. Especially if I connect to ovh servers. I am connected to garnet (which is not under heavy load)

 

and just get this:

 

If I connect to Markab I get far better results:

 

It would be great if other users could perform this test with the OVH Server in strasbourg:

OVH has quite some bad v4 peering with Netherlands:

Their v6 peering is directly connected to AMS-IX, though:

Global layer is only one end of this connection.
