Should I use tor to sign up for airVPN, even with their strict no-log policy?

I will be paying with bitcoins, yes I am aware that bitcoin transactions don't provide 100% anonimity and which messures can be taken to increase anonimity.

Is it safe to assume that airVPN will keep no logs of the ip address from which the registration took place?

What about MITM attacks when using Tor to signup and pay with bitcoins?

Should I keep the risks of a rogue exit node in consideration or are these risks neglectible these days?

TLS prevents all risks of bad exits, in case you don't accept a self signed certificate and ignore browser warnings.
