is AirVPN compatible with IKEv2 standard to setup on a supervised iphone for an always on VPN ?

Only OpenVPN is supported.

I know that Always-On is possible on Android, don't know about iOS, though.

Yes, the "Seamless tunnel" option was lately implemented in "openvpn-connect" for iOS application.

What do you mean by seamless tunnel ? Tried to open the OpenVPN app but could not find any option for it. Does seamless tunnel enable always ON ?

That's great; thank you for the link however I already had seamless enabled and reconnect on startup but it does not seam to work... Any idea ?

I'm having the same question... I recently put my iPhone into supervised mode and would like to configure a VPN workload in Apple Configurator 2.

Can't seem to be able to attach a screenshot of the fields which appear to be required.

Seeing as how you can't user AirVPN with IPsec or IKEv2 protocols with iOS natively, you won't be able to get on demand functionality anyway.  You'll have to use a VPN provider that has servers that talk over those protocols.
