Pinchy 1 Posted ... Until the latest Ubuntu update i have had no issues using the portable software. I was using gnome flavor but had to switch it to Xubuntu due to freezing issues, seems Linux has gone to crap for the most part. But now I cannot log in to Airvpn, just hangs and hangs and keeps changing locations but never connects. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to make it work? Quote Share this post Link to post

Pinchy 1 Posted ... I just went to look and I cannot give you any log files because there is none to give, it never gets past authorization, just spins and spins, support recommended trying the experimental version and that failed as well, I am now lost as what to do...sigh.. Well, if you're such an expert, you can of course solve it for yourself... no need to post anything here in this case.I asked for logs because we don't have the slightest clue about what your setup looks like and logs help us to have an idea about what we're looking at. Pinchy 1 Posted ... Why would you say I am an expert, never insinuated anything like that. If there are logs no idea where they are kept. Quote Share this post Link to post

OpenSourcerer 1445 Posted ... If there are logs no idea where they are kept. Really? But you do see the Logs tab on the left!? On the right in this window, there's a button to save to file or copy to clipboard... Quote Hide OpenSourcerer's signature Hide all signatures NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER.
