Hello,

I am away from home for some time, staying at a hospital. Luckily they have wifi  

I got a personal SSID Wlan with a personal key here.

I am using TOR as protocol. However since I'm connected with this wifi none of the AIR-VPN servers show me a ping, neither I can connect when TOR is open. (TOR itself works fine)

Any ideas how to fix this? I already tried to ipconfig /flushdns because I read it somewhere. However nothing changed. If I change the protocol to automatic no servers are pingable as well...

Hello!

 

So which OS are you running exactly? Would be helpful to know more about your setup. Check that your firewall and/or other software isn't blocking AirVPN - presuming you're using the Eddie client. Also, did you try the SSL or SSH protocols, before pinging?

Logs. Why? They contain OS and client version numbers as well as OpenVPN-related messages.

A good portion of my posts only contain a request for logs. We almost always need them for troubleshooting a setup we know nothing about.

This is true, I cannot see the ping of the servers.

 

However it is possible to connect now... just takes a very long time (and doesn't always work).
