Hello,

I am having frequent disconnections while using AirVPN.  I am running latest experimental eddic eclient on Windows 10 with recent updates.

I have read through posts with similar issues and applied suggested solutions (downgraded tap driver version to 9.9.2, disabled driver upgrade, re-installed eddie client ,etc.) but disconnections still continue, especially while torrenting.

Attached you may find the log file. I hope we can find a solution.

Thanks

Hello!

Did changing ports make any difference?

Maybe this might work for you.

Could you try to connect normally, not via SSL? Or did you try this already?

Hello gents,

When i connect via different ports, the issue is sort of being solved.. Still there is disconnection happening. but not as frequent as SSL 443 port, significiantly less disconnections..

But i believe conencting via SSL 443 is the option with highest confidentiality... I am based in UAE, there are recent laws regarding the ban for using VPN so i prefer to use the option which will have the lowest chance of detection by ISP.

I am open to your recommendations about the solution for using SSL 443 port without connections, as well as what would be the second best port to use in terms of privacy?

Thanks for your support...

Hi there.

I hope this is the right place to ask. For the longest time, my connections to airvpn have been really stable - no dropouts. But in the past few days, I've had the connection fail on one of my PCs twice or three time (UBUNTU, 16.04) and on my laptop (WIN 10). I do not think it is airvpn - but suspect it is the internet connection here.Is there any way to find out?

I'm using Eddie 2.11.5.

Thanks heaps for your time and any suggestions.

We'll need your Eddie logs at the very least . You should try different servers too.
