LZ1 673 Posted ... Hello ! Perhaps the easiest thing for you, would be a re-install of your OS, as you seem to have many issues and perhaps programs which interfere with Eddie. I think it's of questionable value to provide Eddie logs and then uninstall Eddie, however. Sent to you from me with datalove Quote Hide LZ1's signature Hide all signatures Hi there, are you new to AirVPN? Many of your questions are already answered in this guide. You may also read the Eddie Android FAQ. Moderators do not speak on behalf of AirVPN. Only the Official Staff account does. Please also do not run Tor Exit Servers behind AirVPN, thank you. LZ1 673 Posted ... You've been posting a lot. I recommend that you try to keep your posts confined to one thread, insofar as this is possible. It makes it easier and more manageable for everyone; including yourself. I think your problem might be that your version of OpenVPN is outdated. There are newer TAP drivers available, besides the one you mentioned. If you try out the Beta version of Eddie, you'll automatically get the newest one. Otherwise please go to around page 3, in the stickied thread about TAP drivers, in the troubleshooting forum and read what giganerd said. Without logs we're pretty blind as to what the problem is. You could perhaps just wait until the problem occurs again though and get the logs then. You'll also have to be specific as to what number is "stuck". If it's in the DNS field for instance and mentions 10.4 whatever, it might be Airs. I previously told you to simply make sure that all adapters, both IPv4 and DNS fields, were set to obtain automatically and then click ok. (if you were having issues, as it can sometimes solve them). Constant re-installs will not automatically help you find out what the problem is. For that, we do need logs. Also, as an aside, make sure you don't have any anti-virus software messing with Air software, as you did recently make a thread about such software. You can try to look for exceptions lists in that software and see if you can add Eddie and openvpn.exe to it. Finally, you can either try out different protocols in the Eddie protocol tab or make sure your firewall is working fine too, by resetting it. Lastly, you're also welcome to ask AirVPN support, if you haven't already. But they'll need more information about the issue, just like us. TheDieselBoiler 5 Posted ... Use CCleaner to clean out your PC, maybe that will clean some issues with OpenVPN, and uninstall any previous OpenVPN drivers and programs. Also check if your ISP is blocking AirVPN traffic. Maybe check your firewall options too. Quote Hide TheDieselBoiler's signature Hide all signatures - Share this post Link to post
Guest Posted ... I only just got to read your thread, I 2016.08.16 01:03:25 - Checking routeW 2016.08.16 01:03:49 - The remote name could not be resolved: 'velorum_exit.airservers.org' this line is persistantly appearing with different servers, it seems you are having DNS problems and I do not know what could be cause or how we could fix it since I don't have access to your system, but we can try and test with something, if you'd be so kind try and install the experimental AirVPN client then open settings and go to DNS, on the DNS switch mode set it to Disabled and unmark check AirVPN DNS, then save it and try and connect. IF there are issues come back here with logs... infact even if there isn't issues I'd appreciate logs it'd be useful to try and find out what is different this time around. Firas22 1 Posted ... Thank you for your Reply can you please tell me where can i find the // experimental AirVPN // ? The logs you posted so far indicate a DNS issue. Please reset all your network adapter settings and try again. Thank you for your Reply can you please tell me where can i find the // experimental AirVPN // ? Anyway installing the 9.9.2_3 driver which is my recommended one might help on some issues. ! 2016.08.18 03:36:17 - Connected.. 2016.08.18 03:36:17 - OpenVPN > MANAGEMENT: Client connected from [AF_INET]127.0.0.1:3100. 2016.08.18 03:36:17 - OpenVpn Management > >INFO:OpenVPN Management Interface Version 1 -- type 'help' for more info! 2016.08.18 03:36:17 - Disconnecting. 2016.08.18 03:36:17 - Management - Send 'signal SIGTERM' if you look here it shows that same second that you get connected something blocks OpenVPN and it is forced to disconnect and it is very difficult for us to know what that may be. Also in regards to the experimental version, if you go on the page to download the client and click other versions at the bottom of the list is experimental Quote Share this post Link to post

Guest Posted ... @ EdensSpire I just signed up for openDNS and i have an account and I am using there dns numbers ,, Airvpn after 30 minutes or so disconnects and uses this stupid number again 10.4.0.1 Thank youAs I told you further up, it will ALWAYS use the DNS server on the airvpn servers since it has most security if you do NOT wanna use them you have to disable the DNS changer, or even better add the DNS IPs that you wanna use in the client and it'll use those. But as it is Staff likely can't do any more than we have done here since the problem so far is something we can't determine and if we can't the staff here likely can't either.
