Yeah, same problem here. I contact to support waiting for the answer. Meanwhile i downloaded opevpn client and generate files here and contact with openvpn, but there's a tiny problem, it leaks dnd-addresses. So you need to add your network adapter manually some ip-adresses where you trust. So, i don't like it that way.

it's been several hours now, i haven't seen any response from airvpn.  I had purchased a yearly membership but this problem is probably the last for me.  Numerous servers being closed and performance problems have been getting worse over the last few months.

I've used Air for quite a while and never seen a problem like this. Be patient and give their crew time to resolve the problem.

Having this issue as well. Strangely my Linux client works fine on my dual booted machine, but not the Windows (8.1) client. My other Windows machine is still actively connected but I assume if I disconnect I won't be able to connect again.

Someone else mentioned their Linux client works, so it sounds like it's specific to Windows.

I'm having the same problem. Bad thing is that I have a server running and clients can't access my server because of this. Is anyone working on this problem. It is critical for me that this is corrected ASAP.

Thanks for the tip to disable DNS check and if tunnelling works. I would prefer a more proper solution but atleast I'm connecting now.

Using these two options will keep you connected.  https://ipleak.net/    and  https://www.doileak.com/  seem to indicate that there are no leaks.  Might do until Air crew gets the problem resolved. Only 9 am in Italy.  Cheers

Sorry, its late, I'm tired.

Meant to say:

Under advanced, general, uncheck "Check if the tunnel effectively works"

Under Advanced, DNS uncheck "check if the tunnel uses AirVPN DNS"

This keeps connection via server.

https://www.doileak.com/    and   https://ipleak.net/   seem to indicate that there are no leaks.

BTW, someone else found these two Options which make it maintain connection.

Same for me. The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the secure SSL/TLS channel.

Why is this happening?

Did this

Under advanced, general, uncheck "Check if the tunnel effectively works"

Under Advanced, DNS uncheck "check if the tunnel uses AirVPN DNS"

and it works. Is this a permanent fix?

Have the same connection issue here, since last OS X 10.11 update yesterday evening, but still working on my Iphone so I guess this is an OS X update issue: time out on checking route and if I disable the check route option, I have a time out on check DNS... may-be the System Integrity Protection ??? didn't have time to check this yet... will try this evening...

Adding my voice to the choir. Using the AirVPN latest Eddie client, I time out as others when looking for route. Going into Preferences and unchecking both 'DNS > Check AirVPN DNS' and 'Advanced > Check if the tunnel effectively works' gets me connected albeit at abysmal speeds (0.03 mpbs down/1.33 mpbs up according to speedtest.net). Tunnelblik has no issue connecting however the speeds are equally terrible.
