OpenSourcerer 1435 Posted ... One thread full of talkative AirVPN users. Why can't you always talk that lively? The forums would be more fun. I'm personally having a laugh here. Over the course of the last 8 hours at least three threads have been opened totalling 70 replies, 65 of them containing nothing else but "I have the same issue". I tip my hat to those five post authors who accomplished to include temporary, working solutions. Hide OpenSourcerer's signature Hide all signatures NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER. LZ1 672 Posted ... No solutions? I'm having a similar issue. I've had not problems in the past connecting. I use AirVPN's DNS servers and activate the network lock. Today I cannot connect to any servers. The VPN client acts like it is connecting, then it says, "disconnecting," flushes the DNS and and tries to reconnect to another server. This seems to go on in a loop. I tried reverting to letting Windows assign an internal IP address and DNS automatically and deactivating the network lock; same thing. AirVPN seems to simply be not working. Nothing has changed on my system since I last connected.Hello !I found that doing this, connecting and then disconnecting again and enabling those options, makes it work. OP, you should pick a solution. Click in the right hand corner of the post which solves the problem; such as the one I quoted. It makes it easier to find. Staff 9972 Posted ... The deployment of an updated SSL certificate on VPN servers failed on some servers. This impacted ONLY the "Checking Route" and "Checking DNS" feature of Eddie / AirVPN Client. It's not a security issue. For this reason OpenVPN GUI and other OpenVPN clients worked anyway. The problem has been fixed. Our apologies. We sadly can't expect potentially non-technically savvy people to do things in the way we'd prefer it, every time . Can someone help as to what needs to be done to fix this? Thanks.Try cancel and restart your Eddie client entirely. See if that works. Otherwise try either switching to different servers entirely OR the temporary solution of going to Preferences>General>Disable Tunnel check and then doing to DNS and uncheck the "check if tunnel uses AirVPN DNS". Then hit Save. That should do it. #datalove Hide LZ1's signature Hide all signatures Hi there, are you new to AirVPN? Many of your questions are already answered in this guide. mecdeva 11 Posted ... And yet here you are doing the exact same thing that you complain about. Repeating the same thing over and over and over in multiple posts! LOL! Share this post Link to post
