Hey folks, so for some reason my VPN speeds have gone from about 20 or so mbit to about 10-500 kb/s. My phone is not even capable of establishing a connection it is so slow. I have tested it on different devices and on my cell network in case my wifi was acting up. It appears to me like Verizon is throttling my connection into oblivion, when i disable VPN everything goes back to normal 40-75 mbit or so, which is why i am making this assumption. i am on the east coast and my ping to Ontario Canada has gone from 70 or so ms to over 260 ms. Ill attach logs and see if they help any but any help is appreciated.

EDIT: It appears to have fixed itself, although i have absolutely no idea why it happened at all

I'm having the same problem. I have Verizon FiOS and am paying for 50D/50U speeds.

My speeds on AirVPN are about 25D/25U

That's half of my speed gone.

My problem was extremely random, however in your case i would recommend using SSL/SSH Tunnel to mask the traffic as non-vpn and see if that gives you a speed boost.

Was there a solution to this. Verizon FIOS is crushing the speed?  I've read about setting up UDP or TCP Port 443 on other forums?

I have 100/100Mbps w/o the VPN and 8/12Mbps with...

Thanks in advance.

Try TCP 443 SSL
