stunnel use outdated openssl libs

Hi,

 

On the experimental client (2.10.3) mono required, the binary stunnel is build with openssl .1.0.1f, which, have if i'm not making a mistake, multiples vulnerability

 

Any reason why the stunnel binary is outdated ?
