Can't generate config file

I am trying to create a config file (.ovn) but on the config generator page it says: Internal Server Error.

Hello!

 

Access to the Configuration Generator is reserved to accounts with a valid subscription. Anyway the message should be different and more explicative in cases like yours, we have planned to change it.
