Hi, what error did you get?

It could be that somehow you are still using Sky's DNS servers. Test it out on ipleak.net on the DNS Adress detection.

Your post doesn't make much sense.

If you are connected to a VPN like AirVPN, your traffic is rerouted through the server you are connected to. Sky has nothing to do with it. If you wanted to say that you cannot access Sky while being connected, it's most probably Sky themselves blocking the server's IP. Happens quite often with many other websites and services, the reasons are not always clear.

Ok, but on IPleak, what DNS server does it say you're using? It should match the IP address of the server you're connecting to. Also, run the DNS checker here and see how many servers it gives you. That will help to figure out if and possibly where you're leaking DNS requests, which is exactly what this sounds like.

As you can see here, every airvpn server can successfully route to demonoid.pw:  https://airvpn.org/routes/?q=www.demonoid.pw

So it's definitely something on your end.  "ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED" is a different issue than your basic DNS lookup.

Two questions to help with troubleshooting:

1.  Are you using Google Chrome as your web browser?

2.  Are you attempting to connect to the HTTPS version of demonoid.pw?  Usually this only happens with botched SSL connections.  Obviously you want to use HTTPS though.

Okay, well, if you seeing anything about Sky at all, you don't have AirVPN configured correctly.

You need to make sure you do these three things:

1. Turn of any location services your device or browser may be using.

2. Plug that WebRTC leak.

3. Plug any DNS leaks.

You had made progress when your error was ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED but now you appear back to square one.

For location services:

In the URL bar, type about:config

Type geo.enabled

Double click on the geo.enabled preference

Location-Aware Browsing is now disabled

For WebRTC, make sure you do this:

Enter "about:config" in the address bar and press enter

Press the button "I'll be careful, I promise!"

Type in "media.peerconnection.enabled" in the search bar (there should be only one entry)

Right-click the entry choose "Toggle", the column "Value" should now be "false"

For DNS leak protection, you need to either make sure the DNS options of eddie are enabled, use network lock, and ensure that the TAP adapter's DNS server is set to 10.4.0.1.
