My own IP has gone

Hi 

 

I am relatively new to using AirVPN and have been using the service for about a week now; I have been connecting the AirVPN every time I log onto the internet.  

 

However, today, I attempted to use my own IP address and kept AirVPN turned off.  I received the DNS error message. I have followed the 'release/renew & flush' options in the cmd.exe program to no avail.

 

Could anybody point me in the right direction as to why this is happening?
