jimbojonesvpn 0 Posted ... Despite choosing a UK server I keep appearing as being overseas, this wasn't much of a problem except google would default to .be or something but now its causing my iCloud account to be repeatedly blocked, i assume this is because my macbook is connected to a foreign server but my iPhone is not using a vpn I suppose sensibly causing apple to assume some nefarious character has logged into my account, seems fine today on Algedi but i believe the problem occurs when I'm connected to Nashira, are some of the servers reporting their location wrongly in the app after being migrated or something? thanks Quote Share this post Link to post
OpenSourcerer 1441 Posted ... Servers are fixed in their location. I think it's Apple following the same security precautions as Google. It's a good practice, after all.
