I have a problem in login to AirVPN Service and this is the logs detail

We are informing the Air client programmer of the issue and we are looking into it. Can you please try a connection directly with OpenVPN and tell us whether it's successful? Also, can you please tell us the version of the OS you're using?

I was able to solve the problem, Cause of the problem was due to another software name iZone Internet Turbo when I turned off the AirVPN work fine
