Exit server IP addresses

Hi,

 

I was wondering how often the exit servers IP addresses change (if at all?)?

 

I ask because i'm setting up whitelisting for a host I am using (auto iptables blocks for SSH attempts etc) and wondered whether it was a good idea to use an airVPN IP. I'm currently 'on the road' so don't have any other static IP's I can rely on but I can always connect via airVPN...

 

Any suggestions? Pro's and cons would be good!

exit-IP addresses of VPN servers normally do not change. Anyway, we strongly recommend that you allow three different exit-IP addresses of different VPN servers in three different datacenters, in order to count on a robust failover and prevent lock-outs from your own machine.

There are instructions for determining entry addresses (https://airvpn.org/topic/14378-how-can-i-get-vpn-servers-entry-ip-addresses/), but what about exit? Is there an easier way than connecting through a few different nodes manually and noting the IP addresses?

Just use the same as above, and add _exit to your query.
