shane_b 0 Posted ... I'm not sure if this can be done, but i'd be interested in auto server switching. I have 3 connections running and would like it to disconnect from one and connect to another automatically. Does anyone know if this can be done ? Quote Share this post Link to post

shane_b 0 Posted ... Sorry i'll delve a little deeper. I run upto 3 connections to servers using viscosity for windows If for example I was on 3 of the 3 servers (so my connection is being relayed through all the three Is there a way to constantly switch which servers your running on 1 - Agena1 - Alhena3 - Almach then disconnect from one of the above to then connect to a different server or does this hold no benefit ? I was thinking of it as a server relay so it's constantly switching the server my connection is relaying through Quote Share this post Link to post

Use country code hostnames instead of IPs, you will be connected to a different server each time. For example nl.airvpn.org Quote Hide zhang888's signature Hide all signatures Occasional moderator, sometimes BOFH. duffydack 4 Posted ... Sorry to bump but this is related I think.. Using a config generated to use the best available UK server at the time with 3 devices, it tries to use a server you are already connected to, which then bumps you off the device already connected to it... Is the only way of avoiding this generating 3 configs for 3 separate servers? Was hoping to just use 1 config Quote Share this post Link to post
eyes878 43 Posted ... If you use different protocols and ports you can avoid that issue. Use UDP-80 on device 1 and UDP-443 on device 2 for example. Both of those devices will be able to connect to the same server. Quote Share this post Link to post
