Visa Prepaid not Working

I am attempting to purchase AirVPN anonymously by paying with a Visa prepaid giftcard. However, the system will not process the transaction.  I am located in US, and the card is only valid in US, so does this have an impact?

It probably does since AirVPN has no relations to the US and is located in Europe.

Actually it depends on the payment gateway.

Gift-cards are not always accepted by online payment gateways and are mostly suitable for physical purchases.

 

Try getting Bitcoins, they can be purchased by gift cards in some places, and most VPN providers accept them.
