Where did the Phoenix, AZ server go?

Does anyone know if the Phoenix, AZ server is gone for good? When I signed up it showed it was down, now it's not listed at all. Was kind of hoping I could have a more local server. Latency is OK to LA, but I was hoping they'd bring the Phoenix server back up, not remove it.

I really hope it does come back, it really helped my latency to certain game servers.
