First time AirVPN user - need help connecting

Hi,

 

I just purchased a 3 day trial to AirVPN. I am using Windows 10.

 

How do I connect to a VPN?

 

I have tried to download the AirVPN Windows 8 X64 installer. However I get the error 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item'

 

I have tried to download the file again and even turned of my Avast antivirus.

Can you please guide me on how to get connected?
