Network lock disabled but still blocks everything

Recommended Posts

Looking for a bit of advice. I cannot connect to my personal account details for my ISP via their webpage unless I am using their network (presumably checks the IP of each connection)...but, even with 'network lock' disabled and even with the AirVPN client closed altogether I cannot access any websites.

Does anyone have any advice on where to start looking for the where the problem lies?

Thanks

If the client does not shutdown in an orderly manner then your DNS settings may need changing back to Automatic or whatever they were originally. If Network Lock was applied then Windows Firewall may need resetting to default or again reverting back to the rule sets in effect previously.

I should have mentioned it is a linux client but I think the same problem applied, I dont think the client shut down completely. A reboot solved the problem and it hasn't reoccurred. Thank you for your help.
