Pollux overloaded?

Having trouble using pollux server, can't connect out much past the gateway. The status page says that somehow 987/1000mbit/s is in use, which seems pretty high for the number of users(54) when compared with other servers. Just wondering if something is going on with it, or if it's legit utilization and I should look to switch servers?

It has been unreliable the last week or so for me. I see in the status that it is now listed as down.
