ANSWERED Cannot connect to server on windows 10 machine

[confused 1]

I am having a problem with my Windows 10 machine where when I try to connect to a server from the client I get the following error message:

 

"Only tcp protocol is allowed with a proxy" 

 

I am able to connect from my Windows 8.1 machine so I know this has nothing to do with my router. I have tried uninstalling the client and re-installing but I still get the error.

 

Any help with this would be appreciated.

What are your settings?

You need to go into the "Proxy" tab in AirVPN Client preferences and change "Type" to None.
