Windows 10 Internet Disabled After Installing AirVPN

After installing the client and using the network successfully, now I can't connect to the internet unless through AirVPN.  I've tried cycling the network lock setting as well as resetting firewall to defaults, off, and, of course, restarting the computer.

This is a new system that was upgraded from stock Windows 8.1
