ANSWERED Charged twice, No refund?

Greetings all,

 

Apparently I pressed the confirm button twice upon buying a one year subscription.  I have opened a service ticket but have not heard back from anyone in almost a week.  I am just trying to get back one of my payments and keep the one year subscription.  If anyone has any advice or someone from Airvpn would reply or send me a message I would appreciate it.
