Does the term host address from AirVPN.xml serve as a synonym for front-end server from e.g. Windows & Comodo - Prevent leaks tutorial?

AirVPN's front-end servers have been changed few times since I bought first subscription. Can I therefore use AirVPN.xml to update Comodo Firewall/iptables configuration?
