Naos server - UK - Maintenance

Hi there,

 

Naos server down for maintenance now + 1 day, and I need this IP to connet to a server in the UK.

 

Is this the place to ask for detals i.e. When is it likely to be back online, or should I raise a support ticket?

I was wondering about this too. It's still up and replying to pings, just not accepting openvpn connections atm. Why do you need Naos especially? It's one of my favourite servers, but there are several others in the same city and more still across the UK.

The company I connect to listed the exit IP as 'allowable' for a server that I connect to in the UK to download data.

 

I could ask them to add another IP I suppose, but that may take a few days that I do not have.

That's too bad.  I wonder why Staff haven't replied yet? They're usually pretty good at this kinda thing.

I have the Naos IP address approved by a couple of sites I can't access through another AirVpn address.

 

Would be good to know when Naos will be up again. Thanks.
