After resetting my router, when I try to reset  the administrator name and password, I get this message: "To view this page, you must log in to area “Westell” on 192.168.1.1:80. Your login information will be sent securely." I have no idea what this means and I am unable to register an administrative username and password.  This means I cannot reconfigure my router.  Anybody ever have this problem or know why this is happening?

Which Router? Try it with a cable direct to Router and Open in Browser 192.168.1.1

I don't see how setting up your router fits into AirVPN's troubleshooting forum.

Anyway, it sounds like you reset your router to its factory settings, correct? That includes login credentials.

Look them up in your router's manual or on this website.

I had never seen :80 designation when trying to reconfigure router.  Thought perhaps it might be something malicious related to hacking into vpn service.  Found out on another site this is normal and means that I am communicating with router through port 80 for some reason.  Never happened before.
