Slow speeds

Currently I'm getting very slow speeds. I have tried 8 servers each on the current Eddie Client and Viscosity. I am not able to get above 10mbps on a 100mbps line.

My speeds have halfed on both pcs recently and i haven't changed my setup.Very confusing and annoying.My Isp speeds suck to begin with
