Connection, Speed?

I just bought a 3 months membership. I worked for about 20 min. I tried to test download speed and it was incredibly slow. 40kbs max. After 20 min the VPN dropped out. I tried to reconnect. No luck. Rebooted. Connected. According to my computer at least it seemed like it. Padlock was visible. Your web site told me that I was not. Any further attempt to reach any web site resulted in a connection time out page. It took me a long time to find a, at least I thought, suitable provider. Very unhappy about the situation.

Could you please send us the connection logs?

Have you tested different servers? You can obtain different performance on different servers for several reasons (see our FAQ).

Also, try to switch port, just in case your ISP is capping bandwidth on the connection port you're currently using. Try 80 TCP, 53 UDP and 53 TCP.
