Hi biem_bogdan,

Welcome. Try using another protocol. Sometimes it is required on university (or ISP) networks.

Once your AirVPN client is open/logged in, select the (AirVPN) dropdown in the upper left > Preferences > Protocols (tab) > from there you can try different protocols.

The default is in the upper section (Automatic) - this usually defaults to UDP 443 since it provides good perfomance in theory.

The the left column are the standard protocols (Alternative ports, if your ISP applies caps or blocks)

The center column are workaround protocols (Alternative Entry IP, if your ISP blocks the standard Entry IP) which might help you.

The right column are the additional workarounds but for more severe environments. These would likely be a bit slower but connect more reliably & securely under those severe conditions. The SSH tunnels require the most overhead, in theory the slowest.

The lower row (Tor) is an additional layer of anonymity.

Why don't you try the SSL Tunnel - Port 443 (right column bottom). That is a good one to start with in questionable environments.

If that times out, try SSH Tunnel on some of the ports offered.

If SSL works, maybe try moving over to the center column if you have the time.

If you continue experiencing difficulty, post a copy of your connection logs here or send it directly to AirVPN support staff by opening a ticket.

To copy the current connection log:
From the main (AirVPN client) window > select Logs (tab) > in the right column, select the 2nd icon down 'Copy to Clipboard'.
You can then paste it where you prefer for further diagnosis assistance.
