Hello, I have noticed that when I try to download files from Asus support by going to a certain product model such as G551JM then clicking the "Download" tab and then selecting "Windows 8.1 64bit" from the "OS" field, it just gets stuck with a blue spinner that says "Loading" in the middle of the screen. I noticed it occurs on Persei UDP 53 and Heze UDP 53, however it works fine with Alkraid UDP 53. Quote Share this post Link to post
