Why do I get multiple *geographical* IP Locations?

Hi All, I'm using iPad Air, iOS 8.1.3. My VPN is connected to only American server(s). Several times, I have used iplocation.net, which gives 6 results. Several times, *most* of the results come from the U.S., though not always the same place in The States, *but* I also get a result from Europe, lately France.

 

It's strange to me, does it indicate a problem, if so, what can I do?

 

BTW, I also use dnsleaktest.com, and it reports the same IP and all American. Apparently no problem.

 

Google search "what is my ip address" gives the identical IP as the above 2 websites.

 

Can anybody tell me anything about this? Thanks.
