Persei (US) - Authenticates but no Traffic In/Out

Good morning,

 

I am able to authenticate to Persei using the OpenVPN client but I get no response from web sites or icmp requests while connected. My traceroute stops beyond my connecting points' border.

 

Connections to Arrakis, however, from the same location are having no issues.

 

According to the status page, Persei has users signed in AND bandwith being utilized so I am not sure if this is a local issue or the other users are using the Eddie client for access. The configuration I am using with OpenVPN was created this morning.

sounds like a DNS problem to me.  have you tried pinging an IP address or just an unresolved name?
