Can no longer connect

All of a sudden today, I couldn't connect to any server (all of which were using 443 UDP OpenVPN configuration files). I tried upgrading OpenVPN and downloading a new set of config files (also tried 80 instead of 443), but still no luck. OpenVPN just says something like this, and never connects:
