Port forwarding issues

Hi everyone,

 

I have read almost every threads and configuration pages about port forwarding and still can't get them to work. I want to open 2 ports, one for uTorrent and the other for a xampp web server.

 

What's weird is that it says that my ports are reachable on AirVPN's website, however uTorrent says the port is closed and I can't access my web server. I can access it locally, so I know it is working.

I even tried the PortListener software. I went on CanYouSeeMe.org and it found my port to be opened. My guess is that for some reasons, my computer cannot send any packets through the port, but it can receive packets.

My setup is:
Router : Asus RT-N16 with DDWRT. I have configured the router to connect to AirVPN using the FAQ.

My server: Windows 7 with xampp and uTorrent installed, firewall is disabled and I haven't installed any other firewall yet to make sure it isn't the issue.

I am including screenshots of my configs + iptables. Hopefully you can find the mistake(s) somewhere in there!
