BT Sport unable to live stream via UK servers http://sport.bt.com/btsportplayer/

"Error "VC003" and "LC001: Turn on location service to get access to this video – BT Sport is only available in the UK"

Live streaming on the BT Sport App is only suitable for use in the UK.

The app will use your device's location settings to check that you're in the UK, so you may need to turn this service on."

Any suggestions?

Ps I have a current BT account so I should be able to watch these.
