Port forwarding not working

I'm getting the classic message when trying to check the port:

 

Not reachable on server IP over the external port 11093, tcp protocol. Error : 110 - Connection timed out

 

I am trying to use uTorrent and I followed the directions correctly but to no avail.  I've tried restarting the VPN connection and uTorrent and different port numbers as well.  I turned off any mapping and not forwarding anything on the router.

I unfortunately have the exact same issue

Delete your port and add a new random port. Don't define exceptions for ports or applications, turn off both antivirus and firewall softwares and report.

Disable your firewall it may help you and open the application for which you want the ports to be opened and then check your port for connection , PEACE

Same issue here. I did my setup like always, but it won't work for me.

Firewall and AV is off.  The port seems to be closed.

Had the same problem.  Communication was blocked (firewalls and AV all turned off.  I deleted the port mapping (in the client area) and recreated it (one number off) and now it's working again.  What's weird is that I had two ports configured.  I only had to fix one of them and they both began to work.
