Error - site blocked

I've been getting this message :

 

Error - site blocked

 

every now and then while accessing torrent sites.

 

It's happened again tonight, it happens whatever datacentre i choose from all countries.

 

I haven't posted in the blocked sites thread because it usually 'fixes itself' within 24 hours.

 

Why dose it happen, im curious ?

Hello,

 

it's not a message from us. It might be a message either from your system (do you run something like Malwarebytes or other blocking tools?) or from the destination web site.

Ye i realise it's not from you. It's not from my system either. Bit of a mystery.

 

I run adblock plus on firefox but it's not that as i don't block sites i want to visit.

 

It's the sort of message you would see if you were blocking domains at your router but i don't do that either.

 

If it was a software block it would be permanent but this is intermittent.

 

I'll have to get wireshark out and see where it's coming from.
