I like that you showed their stance on Human Rights.

 

Another (trivial) thing that impressed me was their command of the English language. The Staff communicate very well. I had a provider in the U.S. during 2008 and it was quite apparent that English was not the support personnel's primary language. It really wasn't a problem for basic needs.
