AirVPN Client says I'm connected, but WhoIs, says I'm not...

Recommended Posts

The client says I'm connected to Nashira in the UK, but WhoIs, and others say I'm not.

Even the AirVPN Status At the bottom of the AirVPN wensite says I'm not connected via AirVPN!

BUT the client steadfastly says I am connected!!!

What with the crash I reported earlier (waiting to be moderated) and now this, AFTER a reboot. Let's just say, I am concerned...!

Hello!

Can you please send us the client logs taken after a connection has been (allegedly) established?

Kind regards

I'll give it a go in a little while, it that's ok?

I turned my PC off and walked away from it, before I put my foot through it...

Hi, sorry for the double-post, but I was not sure an "Edit" would be flagged as a reply.

I have not run the AirVPN client since I originally posted in case it overwrote the client log.

Now, being extraordinarlily dumb, and that you cannot search on here for "log" as it is under three letters in size, could you please tell me where would I find the client's log, and what would that name be?

Thanks, Susi

(An addition regarding the location to be added to the FAQ Technical section to help others in the future maybe?)

OK, I am "connected" according to the client, but I actually have a wide-open connection now. The status at the bottom of this page is a lovely red colour...

...and I still cannot find the log...

Hello!

The correct command is "ipconfig /all", you entered a wrong command, anyway from the route print we can see that something is wrong with the routing table. Can you please try a TCP/IP stack and Winsock reset, the reboot the computer?
