ANSWERED Connecting fails - TCP Connect - loops.

I'm trying to connect to airvpn using wifi on a train (East Coast). Many ports seemed to be blocked, but earlier I got it working using TCP port 443. Now (and previously) it just seems to loop "Making TCP connection". What would be causing this, and what workaround options do I have? I have tried other ports and UDP too.
